TT Tax Solutions Limited, trading as TwentyTwenty Tax (“2020TAX”, “we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at 2020tax.ie. This Cookie Policy explains what they are, which ones we use, why, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011), and the guidance of the Data Protection Commission (DPC).

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels— work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and help the site owner understand how the site is used. In this policy we refer to all of these simply as “cookies”.

Strictly necessary cookies — Required for the website to function and for security. Because the site cannot work properly without them, they do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies — With your consent, we use PostHogto understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are viewed and which tools are used) so we can improve it. Analytics data is hosted in the EU. We mask form inputs and strip sensitive details (such as email addresses, codes, and tokens) before any data is sent, and we do not use this data to identify you for advertising. These cookies are only set after you select “Accept all”.

We do not use advertising or third-party marketing/tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.

Some cookies are set by trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• PostHog — product analytics (set only with consent). EU-hosted.
• Vercel — our hosting platform, which may use strictly necessary cookies for performance, security, and load balancing.

These providers act as our data processors and may only use the data for the purposes we instruct.

You can change your decision at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Use the controls below to accept or reject analytics cookies. Your choice takes effect immediately.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and warn you before they are set — see your browser’s help pages for details. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period or until you delete them. Your saved cookie choice is kept for up to six months, after which we ask you again. Analytics data is retained in line with the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. Where the change is material, we will ask for your consent again. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
